Terms of Service
Article 1: Introduction
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the sale of bagels, baked goods, beverages, and other products (hereinafter "Products") provided by Ichimaru Bagel (hereinafter "our shop") and services incidental thereto (hereinafter "the Service").
Customers who use this service, customers who enter the store, and customers who visit the store to purchase or receive products (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service at the time they use this service.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website, online notices, in-store postings, and various other services provided by our store.
For matters not stipulated in these Terms, guidance from our store, laws and regulations, and general customs shall apply.
Article 2 Business Hours and Service Hours
The service hours of this service shall be in accordance with the business hours guided by our store's website, official social media, in-store, and other notices from our store.
Due to product sales status, preparation status, weather, and other circumstances, products may sell out or sales may end even during business hours.
We may not be able to handle product sales, pickups, inquiries, or other requests outside of business hours.
In addition, business hours, temporary closures, and business operations may be changed without prior notice due to weather, disasters, traffic conditions, equipment malfunctions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Article 3 Product Sales and Fees
The price of the product shall be the price displayed by our store in-store, on our website, in our online shop, or by other methods specified by our store.
Product details, pricing, sales period, and sales quantities are subject to change or termination without prior notice.
Quantities are limited and items are subject to sell out.
The product photos displayed include conceptual images, and the actual product may differ in color, shape, size, plating, etc.
Article 4: Product Reservation, Holding, and Ordering
Reservations, holds, and orders of products shall be subject to the methods and conditions specified by our store.
For reserved or held items, if you do not pick them up by the specified date and time, we may contact you.
If the item is not picked up by the scheduled date and time without prior notice, the reservation or hold may be canceled, taking into consideration the sales status and quality maintenance of the product.
In addition, changes and cancellations of reserved or held items shall be subject to conditions separately specified by our store.
Article 5 Product Quality and Preservation
The product shall be handled appropriately in compliance with the storage methods, expiration dates, and other information displayed and instructed for each product.
We are not responsible for any deterioration in product quality caused by the customer's storage methods or handling after purchase.
Upon receiving the product, please check the contents, quantity, condition, and other details.
In the unlikely event that there is a clear defect in the purchased item, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.
Article 6: Allergies and Product Ingredients
In our restaurant, ingredients and other information are displayed and provided for each menu item. However, due to the manufacturing process, the same kitchen, equipment, and utensils are used, so there is a possibility that specific allergens may be mixed in.
Customers with food allergies must check the ingredients and allergy information at their own discretion before purchasing and consuming.
If you are unable to consume the product due to allergies or other reasons, please consult our staff before purchasing.
Our restaurant does not guarantee the complete prevention of allergic symptoms and reactions.
Article 7: Return and Exchange of Products
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase for customer-related reasons as a general rule.
However, if there is a defect attributable to our store, such as incorrect product contents, a shortage in quantity, or obvious quality issues, we will respond after confirming the situation.
Please contact us as soon as possible after purchase regarding any product defects.
Article 8: Use of the Store
Customers shall follow our staff's guidance and in-store notices while inside the store.
Actions that cause disturbance to other customers, intentionally or negligently damaging store facilities or equipment, and any other actions that disrupt our business operations are prohibited.
When accompanied by small children, please use the facilities safely under the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or thefts inside the store, except in cases where the store is intentionally at fault or grossly negligent.
Article 9 Prohibited Matters
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this service.
1. Acts that cause nuisance, discomfort, harm, or similar effects to other customers, our store staff, or other third parties
(2) Verbal abuse, coercive speech or behavior, violence, threats, or any other acts that interfere with the operations of our store.
(3) Intentionally damaging or soiling store facilities, fixtures, merchandise, or the like.

(5) Using products or services for commercial purposes without our permission.
⑥ Any other actions deemed inappropriate by our store.
Article 10: Refusal of Service
Our store may refuse to provide this service, sell products, allow entry, or take similar actions if we determine that a user falls under any of the following categories.
(1) When it is recognized that the person falls under organized crime groups or other antisocial forces
(2) If you engage in violence, intimidation, abusive language, coercive behavior, or similar actions toward our staff or other customers

Article 15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute arising between our store and the user regarding this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our store shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
